1. What we collect

When you create a CueTab account we collect your email address and, for club accounts, your venue name and billing information. The CueTab Score and Admin apps collect game session data (scores, frame results, session duration) to power statistics and history features. We do not collect data you don't explicitly provide.

2. How we use it

We use your data to operate the service: authenticate you, sync sessions across devices, process payments via Stripe, and send transactional emails (receipts, password resets). We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

3. Payments

All payments are processed by Stripe. CueTab does not store card numbers. Stripe's privacy policy governs how payment data is handled. For club accounts using member billing, Stripe Connect processes payouts directly to your connected bank account.

4. Data storage

Your data is stored in secure cloud infrastructure protected by industry-standard authentication. Session data is retained for the lifetime of your account.

  • Smart plug integration (club accounts only; no data leaves your local network)

6. Your rights

You can request export or deletion of your account data at any time by emailing support@cuetab.com. Deletion removes your account and all associated session data within 30 days.

7. Cookies

The CueTab website (cuetab.com) uses no tracking cookies. The web dashboard uses a session cookie for authentication only.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Significant changes will be emailed to registered users. Continued use of CueTab after changes constitutes acceptance.
