Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating a CueTab account or using any CueTab app (Score, Admin, or Dash), you agree to these terms. If you're using CueTab on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. One person may not operate multiple accounts to circumvent billing.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Personal: $9/month, billed monthly via Stripe. No free trial. Cancel anytime — access continues until the end of the billing period.

Club: $19/table/month with volume discounts for 5+ tables. A valid payment method is required at sign-up. Tables added mid-cycle are prorated.

All prices are in USD. We may update pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

4. Refunds

We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support@cuetab.com within 14 days.

5. Acceptable use

CueTab is for pool and snooker session tracking and club management. You may not use CueTab to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
  • Reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the service
  • Abuse payment systems

6. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, apply updates, or temporarily restrict access to fix issues. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime.

7. Data & termination

If you cancel or your subscription lapses, your data is retained for 90 days before deletion. You may export your data at any time by contacting support. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Limitation of liability

CueTab is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, CueTab is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. We'll notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
